PRODUCT INFO & CARE: Store jewelry to prevent oxidation, a discoloring of the material. To polish, use a soft polishing cloth and gently rub cloth to jewelry.

SHIPPING: All jewelry is made in small batches, in house. Usually, jewelry is ready to ship within one day of being ordered. Some may require longer delivery times. Currently, international shipping is not available. 

RETURNS: Jewelry purchased through this website may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Jewelry must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.

To begin a return or exchange, please send an email to ashleywoodsonjewelry@gmail.com requesting a return authorization (RA) number. Jewelry can not be accepted for return without an RA number. It is advised that packages are insured for the full purchase amount. Ashley Woodson is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item. Refunds do not include shipping costs. An email will be sent for verification.

REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS: Ashley Woodson will repair or replace jewelry purchased through this website due to wear, production fault or loss. Repairs are provided free of charge on year from purchase. After one year, repairs may incur a charge. Replacement earrings are available and may require the return of the original earring to ensure a matching set. All repairs need a return authorization (RA) number. Some jewelry components may not be available for repair.
